Coverage for lab tests may vary by your insurance plan. The lab that conducts your tests will submit the claim for you. If needed, we provide a bill for you to submit to your insurer.

Yes, you can use your HSA to pay for Eterna services. Reimbursement is available with the documentation we provide.

Yes, you can use your insurance card at the pharmacy to fill any medications prescribed by your Eterna physician.

You can easily connect with your physician through our secure patient portal.

We make it easy to share information! Upload data on your movement, nutrition, sleep, stress, and more directly to our portal or via various health apps. Share updates during your appointments, too!

Yes, follow-ups can be done via telemedicine or in person. However, we prefer your first appointment to be in person to best understand your needs.
