Your First Eterna Visit Your journey begins with an in-person visit, where we get to know you and your health needs. We’ll order any lab work or tests to understand your current health status better. You’ll also gain access to our patient portal for seamless communication and support.
Crafting Your Personalized Plan Your second visit happens 4-8 weeks later, once your results are in. This can be in-person or via telehealth—whatever works best for you! During this visit, we’ll develop your personalized health plan and may connect you with additional support like trainers or dieticians to make sure you have everything you need to succeed.
Ongoing Support & Guidance At Eterna, we’re here for the long haul. Stay in touch with your physician through our portal and schedule follow-ups every 2 months, or as needed. And if any urgent health needs arise, you can easily book an in-person or telehealth visit.
